摘
要
随着快速检验检测技术的发展，检验仪器设备的研发，移动实验室的应用越来越广泛。在我国，移动实验室应用于卫生、工商、农业、考古、质检等多个部门和领域，所检验检测产品范围也越来越广，在产品质量安全监管、突发食品事件应对、重大活动保障和自然灾害的处理等方面都发挥出了重要的技术支撑作用，但对于移动实验室的质量管理体系建设研究却严重滞后，还没有就如何建立符合标准要求的移动实验室管理体系提出可行的办法，就质检机构而言，多是延用原有的实验室管理体系，没有将移动实验室的检验检测行为完全覆盖，所以质检机构的移动实验室在运行管理方面还存在严重不足，不能完全满足相关法律法规和标准的要求，如何解决移动实验室在应用中存在的问题，使之发挥出应有的作用已成为一个紧迫的课题。
本论文正是基于这一问题，通过国内外移动实验室的研究、发展及应用进行全面详细介绍，对质检机构移动实验室配置及运行现状进行认真细致的调查和研究，全面掌握质检机构移动实验室的车辆情况、实验辅助系统、检验仪器设备配置、检验技术方法选取、检验环境控制、检验过程管理等特征，采用移动与固定实验室对比分析的方法，运用因果分析图和态式分析法，列出检验结果的影响因素，对质检机构移动实验室的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行分析，对移动实验室在运行中存在的问题进行总结，对于技术设备、环境控制、运行管理等因素对移动实验室运行产生的影响程度进行明确，按照《实验室资质认定评审准则》的相关规定，对目前质检机构移动实验室质量管理体系建设方面的问题进行了深入探讨，提出了如何将移动实验室纳入到整个质检机构实验室管理体系中进行规范化管理的初步设想，指出了将检验项目由产品向参数转变、对环境严格控制、检验仪器设备模块化配置、采用多种检验技术、明确检验人员工作分工、健全实验室管理体系、对检验结果进行严格控制、信息化系统建设等
