但是，随着科学技术的发展，食品中的化学添加剂数不胜数，一些已知的更多的是一些未知的都充斥在我们日常食用的一些食品中，危害着我们的身体健康。近来爆发的一些食品安全事故

这些食品安全事故的发生，无时无刻不对消费者带来巨大的危害。消费者要想避免这些侵害，或者被侵害后寻求维权，这一切都反映了有必要对现有的法律和体系进行重新思考和研究。
本文首先从有关食品安全事故展开论述，进而更容易的归纳清楚什么才是食品安全事故，并结合现有的法律法条，阐明其中的适用性和可行性。然后针对食品安全事故问题，来具体分析消费者所关心的申诉难。
其次从消费者心态入手，通过国外一些现行的法律，引入食品溯源的机制。通过对食品的溯源，定性的描述了食品从原材料的产出，一直到生产加工成为成品的过程。从而使得食品的监管者和消费者得到更加明确的食品信息，起到防患于未然的作用。对于已经收到食品安全事故损害的消费者，可以通过溯源机制，准确追溯到责任方，为保障自身利益提供有效的法律依据。
最后，根据政府对食品企业的监管和市场调节的作用，结合食品溯源的体系，对整个食品产业链条搭建一个框架，对每一个流程实行更精确的控制和管理。食品溯源系统可以从食品流程各个方面，各个环节进行跟踪，实时监测对人类健康，安全和环境有影响的任何风险。并对政府现有的食品安全事故损害赔偿制度进行分析，充分应用食品溯源系统来完善现有的体制，从而更好地达到保护消费者利益的目的。

Abstract

Recent outbreak of some food safety accidents: containing melamine milk powder that bake, fast food wings of the Sudan red events, the recent events in our country, it is pure event and so on lean let us jittery. These food safety accidents, always wrong great harm consumers. Consumers want to avoid these abuses, or after the invasion, all seeking rights reflects is necessary to existing law and system rethink and research.
This paper firstly about food safety accidents from some of the infringement, and discussing more easily inductive clear what is food safety accidents, and combine existing legal provisions, expounds the applicability and feasibility. Then for food safety accidents, make a concrete analysis of consumer concern to appeal.
Secondly, from consumer psychology of through abroad some existing law, introduce food traceability mechanism. Through the food traceability, qualitative description of food from the raw material output, until the process of production, processing and become the finished product. Making food regulators and consumer get more specific food information, have the role of the bud. To have received food safety accident harm consumers, can pass traceability mechanism, accurate traced back to their own interests so as to ensure the responsibility to provide effective legal basis.
Finally, according to the government on food enterprise regulatory and market regulation, combining with the function of the system, food traceability whole food industry chain to build a framework of every process a more precise control and management. Food traceability system can from food process each aspect, each link, real-time monitoring tracking to human health, safety and environmental influential any risk. And the existing government food safety accident compensation system analysis, making full use of food traceability system to perfect the existing system, so as to better achieve the purpose of protecting the interests of consumers.
