要
经过22年的发展中关村国家自主创业示范区已拥有高新技术企业2万多家，同时每年创办高新技术企业3000多家，有近千家企业年收入过亿元。中关村示范区的发展不仅表现在企业数量和企业收入方面还表现在科技创新、产业发展和对外贸易等方面。中关村示范区拥有大批具有自主知识产权的重大科技创新成果，技术交易额达到全国的四分之一以上；同时中关村示范区已形成多个优势产业，在全国范围内占有重要比重，一些优势产业持续引领国内产业发展；此外中关村示范区企业积极参与国际竞争，对外出口活跃，出口规模始终处于全国国家级高新示范区前三名之列。伴随着中关村示范区的迅猛发展，中关村示范区企业的标准化意识逐步增强，他们对于标准信息服务的需求变得越发迫切和多元。如何利用信息化手段，围绕中关村示范区高新技术企业的特点和需求为中关村企业的创新发展提供有效的标准信息服务已成为首都标准化专业服务机构亟需解决的一个问题。为此，本文在调查、分析中关村示范区企业标准信息服务需求的基础上，详细论述了中关村自主创新示范区标准信息服务平台的开发设计。
本文首先分析了国内外标准信息服务平台的建设现状，总结了现有平台的共性和差异，提出中关村示范区标准信息服务平台的构建应考虑标准资源建设和服务模式两方面内容。之后，笔者针对中关村示范区企业开展了企业标准化工作的问卷调查，获得了第一手的企业数据，通过对调查问卷的统计分析，基本掌握了中关村示范区企业标准化工作的现状。以此为基础，进一步走访了有代表性的企业，在走访过程中为企业详细分析了各类标准化工作的程序和要求，促使企业提出了更加明确的需求，经过抽取、分析，最终总结归纳出12项可通过标准信息服务平台解决的需求，并对每一项需求进行了细化分析。最后，根据需求分析结果，进行了中关村示范区标准信息服务平台的系统设计，构建了系统总体架构和系统结构，分析了技术实现上的关键难点，确定了系统开发的技术路线和运行环境，展开了数据库、各功能模块以及系统安全性的设计。系统采用J2EE技术开发，使用SUN系列服务器作为硬件平台，关系型数据库选用Oracle9i，全文数据库选用TRS database+TRS gateway，应用服务器采用BEA WebLogic，存储设备采用磁盘阵列。

Abstract
More than 20,000 high-tech enterprises in past 22 years have been made in Zhongguancun national innovation demonstration zone which more than 3000 new high-tech enterprises have been made every year. Among these enterprises, nearly one thousand enterprises can earn over one hundred million yuan each year .Not only in terms of the large number of enterprises and enterprise’s income but also in technological innovation, industrial development and foreign trade show the good development of Zhongguancun demonstration zone. Zhongguancun demonstration zone have a large number of major proprietary scientific and technological innovations. Technology business value is more than a quarter of the whole country’s. Meanwhile the Zhongguancun demonstration zone has many competitive industries which are the important part of the whole country’s . Some advantages industries continue to lead the development of domestic industries. Enterprises in demonstration zone of Zhongguancun participate in international competition actively. State-level export scale has always been country’s top three high-tech demonstration zone. With the rapid development of Zhongguancun demonstration zone, the standardization awareness of Zhongguancun enterprises gradually increase and their need for standard information services become more urgent and diverse. How to use the information technology tools to offer the standardize information service which around the characteristics and demand of Zhongguancun demonstration zone have become the urgent problem for the capital standardization service institution. Base on the investigation and analysis of the standards information service demand of the enterprises in Zhongguancun demonstration zone, this article elaborate the construction of the Zhongguancun demonstration zone standardize information service platform.
This article consist of the analyzation of construction situation of the domestic and international standards information service platform, the similarities and differences of existing platforms and resource need and service model of standards information service platform in Zhongguancun demonstration zone. The author carried out enterprise of Zhongguancun demonstration enterprise standardization questionnaire survey, obtained first-hand enterprise data, through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire, grasps basically Zhongguancun demonstration enterprise standardization work situation. Base on the survey, author visited some representative enterprises. Analyze the various standardization procedures and requirements during this process in order to make the demand of the enterprises more clear. author summarized the 12 requirements which can solved through standards information service platform after extraction and analysis . Then author analyze the key point in the platform realization process and definite the technical route and environment of system development. Expand the database, the function modules and system security design. System developed by J2EE. The SUN series servers used as the hardware platform. RDBMS use Oracle9i. Full-text database used TRS database + TRS gateway. Application server uses BEA WebLogic. Disk array used for storage device.
